Hi!
I will now send the patches for Apache 2.4.27.
As discussed, only the necessary modules are active by default, additionally, php is activated.
In comparison to the previous patch, I have update apr and aprutil to 1.6.2 and 1.6.0.
Additionally, apache httpd has been updated to 2.4.27 and an official patch regarding the HTTP/2 module is applied (HTTP/2 is not activated by default (can be activated via "Protocols")).
