The missing file can be download at http://search.cpan.org/~zefram/Perl4-CoreLibs-0.003/ Put it into /usr/lib/perl5/5.22.1 and make chmod +x I'm currently work on Perl 5.24.0 an i will integrate this file in my next mailproxy / mailserver updates.
