I do not get why you include that line there. Clearly this is an update (the
subject line says so).
It would be handy to add "This is bugfix release" or "This is release that fixes
security vulnerabilities" and then list any CVEs, etc.

Please also write "Fixes" instead of "fixes". I am not sure if the build service
will recognise the lowercase one.
