This is really important that we can finally properly drop polarssl which is
more than just a headache.

Please write the version/release as follows:

version = 4.0.0
prerelease = alpha3
release = 0.1-%{prerelease}
thisapp = %{name}-%{version}-%{prerelease}

So we will be able to remove the prerelease bit, set release to 1 and pakfire
will detect this as an update then.

Why are the unit tests disabled? make check does not do anything any more.
