Hi, since we don't use named the list of changes is somewhat small-ish. I don't think we need to chase after every single release for bind as long as it isn't a security one. So a patched 9.11.x is fine with me as long as it is supported upstream. Anyways since this is a .0 release, it probably makes sense to wait a little until someone else has found the nasty bugs.
