Michael - I believe the key to getting rid of the unbound restarts is going b=
ack to the `unbound-control local_data` type commands.

But it doesn't correct the DNS leases problem you mentioned in: =20

And I believe the DNS issue and be fixed by grabbing leases differently using=
 the On Commit/Release/Expiry status
