The next series of patches updates ffmpeg an all packges
they wont build after update ffmpeg.
ffmpeg and ffmpeg-libs: update 3.1.4
motion: update to 4.0.1
xvid: update to 1.3.4
minidlna: update to 1.1.5
apcupsd: update to 3.14.14
mpd: update to 0.19.19
