This is a minor update to the latest available version of net-snmp.
* Drop SELinux support.
Fixes #11216.

Hello Michael,
thanks for pointing this out. I thinks this depends because one of the
changed patches contains some chars, which are not UTF-8 encoded.
I've uploaded the changes into my personal git repository ( branch net-
snmp-no-selinux ) and request to merge them from this location.
