[PATCH] libksba: Update to version 1.6.8

- Update from version 1.6.7 to 1.6.8
- Update of rootfile
- Changelog
    1.6.8
	 * Fix double increment in DN parser while counting hexdigits.  [T8104]
	 * Fix a memory leak in the BER decoder's error handling.  [T8105]
	 * Fix an assertion failure in the OCSP code.  [T8111]
	 * Support SHA256 based CertIDs in OCSP.  [rK2dd35bef66]
	 * Use nonstring attribute for gcc-15.  [T7624]
	 * Remove remaining WindowsCE support.
