[PATCH 02/12] flac: Resolve configure unrecognised option(s)

- configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-xmms-plugin
- the xmms plugin was removed from flac in version 1.4.2 in 2022 so the option is no
   longer needed and has been removed
