I believe they should be but I haven't always remembered to do it. I have done it on the ones I submitted today and also on some more that will get built tomorrow but I have to admit I have not been 100% consistent at it.

Hello,
I never touch them, not sure whether I should or shouldn’t.
Some projects have a script that they run on January 1st to update all the files…
