I believe this occurred because Daniel and I were part of the update from 93-94 and we never installed the patch (in my case I know I didn't). In my case, it was working but only because I had created a symlink from sendmail directly to sendmail.dma and most likely during the upgrade to 95 that symlink was corrected to /etc/alternatives (which did not exist). Unless someone else sees this, I don't think it is a true bug anymore. Instead, it is an artifact left over from testing the 93-94 upgrade. I used almost the same machine, clean installed 94, then upgraded to 95 and everything is working correctly.
