I saw that the site Matthias had found had the latest version of 
pcmciautils but it was from 2011 so I would agree to removing this 
package from IPFire. As far as I am aware it was only used for pcmcia 
which was typically used on laptops and most if not all no longer have 
the pcmcia slot.

I will do a patch to remove this package.
