In English typically graphs will have Bytes and not Byte. You would have One Byte but definitely not Two Byte, it would be Two Bytes.

If it were made singular then the same approach would have to be used for things like Buffers in that same image, where it would be changed to Buffer but then also packet instead of packets, day instead of days etc and none of that sounds right to me for the English version.
