Core 114-Upgrade

Hi,

Another one - sorry if its only me. ;-)

At the risk of overseeing something or being dumb:

I just checked the contents of the last Core-upgrade I built this
afternoon: 'core-upgrade-2.19-114.ipfire'.

And as far I as I know, the containing Apache-Update to 2.4.27 was
bundled with some changes in 'php 5.3.27' (see list.ipfire.org,
15.8.2017, [PATCH 2/2] from Wolfgang Apolinarski). But I can't find any
of these changes in this package (e.g., 'libphp5.so'). Is it only me or...?
