thanks for sending this one in.

Is that rar codec needed to execute 7z in normal operation? Why was that added?

P.S. This also should move from /usr/local to /usr, but that should not be in
scope of this patch.

Hi Michael,

it is not needed to 7z in normal operation, but it is useful for
amavisd. Witch can unpack current rar files with 7zip.
