This *didn't* work, tried again with '--memlimit=70%', didn't work either.

Only working solution:

--memory=700MiB (or: 750MiB, to be sure)

Or:

--memory=700000000 (doesn't look good...)

Buildtime for cdrom: ~339-355 seconds.
