Hi,
could someone please give a hint?
Changing to IMAP and the new MUA settings worked, but now GIT is somehow
fooling me.
No matter what I do, I always get an error while trying to use 'send-email':
Command:
git send-email --annotate -1
Results:
Unable to initialize SMTP properly. Check config and use --smtp-debug.
VALUES: server=submissions.ipfire.org encryption=tls
hello=Devel.localdomain port=465 at /usr/lib/git-core/git-send-email
line 1514.
Or:
Unable to initialize SMTP properly. Check config and use --smtp-debug.
VALUES: server=mail01.ipfire.org encryption=tls hello=Devel.localdomain
port=587 at /usr/lib/git-core/git-send-email line 1514.
Using '--smtp-debug' gives me exact the same error. What am I doing wrong?
Best,
Matthias
