The last two lines of the patch are missing in  
http://patchwork.ipfire.org/patch/12/

>      SSLCertificateFile /etc/httpd/server.crt
>      SSLCertificateKeyFile /etc/httpd/server.key

Instead, they show up as part of the comment.
