Yes true Michael ;-) ,
but this Wiki is a kind of old meanwhile --> "Last modified: 2011/12/05 12:03" . So don´t worry about dropping the ball, i try to hurry up with the proxy wiki :-) . But may somebody else have ideas and a little more free time to work this wiki out. The structure can be used, there is only the need to copy the content from the existing one into the new structure.
Greetings
Erik

Well, don't you think this page kinda misses its point?
I consider this page telling the reader about which image he or she
needs to choose. Currently, it only describes in a sentence what the
image is and what one _might_ have guessed from the title.
A better solution would be to link those categories to the installation
instructions and to guides where I can read how to use the image (how to
flash it on a USB key and how do I boot from it?).
The ARM image is missing.

Hi Stefan,
great idea I think! What are you thinking about to place a link on the
download page? http://www.ipfire.org/downloads

Hello,
i've create a page with a list and short description for all offered images.
The idea of this page is to tell people the differences between the
images and help them to select the correct image for their system.
http://wiki.ipfire.org/en/installation/images
Please have a look on it, and provide feedback, may I've forget something.
