Hi,

Thanks Jon for updating the guide for Mac OS :) Although I am running that my=
self, I have never used it for connecting serially.

However, the linked app costs around US$40 in the App Store which I think is =
extortionate. Clearly there must be an alternative that is free for such a si=
mple task. Could we potentially recommend something that is free?
