Changes to The Web Interface wiki page

Good day!  I made lots of changes to the Web Interface wiki page and it dawned on me I may have gone overboard (i.e., made too many changes).  Please let me know if I should revert back to the old version.

This is the current Web Interface page -> https://wiki.ipfire.org/configuration/start

And this page before I started: -> https://wiki.ipfire.org/configuration/start?rev=1541699424

I was hoping to make it easier to understand for beginners (like me).

Hi Jon,

Yeah, I like this.

I guess this is a good way to make the page a bit shorter and tell users where to click.

We didn’t really need the same tables on the main page as well as the sub pages.
