Running:

-Red Green Orange Blue

-Clam Av

When adding a fixed lease the first one goes in ok, click add and update all good. Attempts to add a second lease when you click ADD does move it to the list highlighted in yellow, click UPDATE and it adds the lease but previous added lease disappears from list. After poking it for 30min I randomly had success in adding a couple fixed leases.
