[Documentation] New OpenVPN Wiki

Hi all, today 18.09.2011 in the evening i will bring the new OpenVPN Wiki online and the old one will be replaced. It is very important that more people looks out for faults, or design discrepancies and most important for the functionality of the explained steps. The new Wikis can be found in here German Wiki: http://wiki.ipfire.org/nonpublic/de/configuration/services/openvpn English Wiki: http://wiki.ipfire.org/nonpublic/en/configuration/services/openvpn If the Wiki is already online please make a check also for the links. The last Screenshoots will be made today, so that i can lift the new one round about 21 o´clock to set it online. The NON Public OpenVPN Wiki will still exists for a few days to make some possible correction work Best regards to all from ummeegge

[Documentation] Rethinking the start page

Hello, I need some designer that makes the start page of the wiki more suitable. I decided to remove the languages from the top that are not maintained very well, because it may rather confuse a French user reading outdated and incomplete documentation in his or her own language than in English. The start page however should be very exciting and there should not be too much information until the user has chosen to go with one language. So the layout with the flags is quite nice, but I cannot center them and maybe we can find better images under a free license. Link to there: http://wiki.ipfire.org/ Michael

[Documentation] External links inside the IPFire wiki

Hey guys, recently, I have more and more often seen links in the wiki which reference content in the same wiki but are marked as external links because they are written as [[http://wiki.ipfire.org... ...]] which is not a good idea when you move content other places (link does not get highlighted when it is dead) and those links to not translate. You should avoid that! Michael Hi all, i will search then for [[http://wiki.ipfire.org... ...]] links which refer to the home Wiki and change them to [[:en:addons:example|visible text]] , if someone don´t know where to find the page address take a look to the top of the site, there is under wiki.ipfire.org the address foundable in a format like for example en:addons:start .
