I completely agree with you.
Otherwise, without this type of operation, there are also content comparison softwares like WinMerge (under Windows) which also do the job very well (provided that the reference language file is up to date)

Hi everyone I think the problem is precisely in having two reference languages in order to have a shared and always aligned job I believe that having a centralized system where it is possible to translate the texts is the best way for example for other projects I use this system
but I believe there are others too
