    avahi: Fix certain problems.
    
    I've fixed certain problems reported on the bugtracker:
    * avahi user and group were missing.
    * Runtime dependency "dbus" added.
    * Fixed wrong localstatedir.
    * Program was not killed correctly by initscript.
    
    Fixes #10338.
