commit 21b0276e0d7e4439f633f0888e87fb3e691bf742
Author: Michael Tremer <michael.tremer(a)ipfire.org>
Date: Wed Nov 16 21:37:46 2016 +0000

    setup: Configure swappiness

This will turn off any preemptive swapping and will only allow
swapping to avoid any OOM conditions. This will help to keep
the system responsive, avoids latency and saves writing on
    storage.
