thanks for reaching out.

According to APNIC, that IP address nowadays belongs to "Contabo Asia Private=
 Limited", having it's
country code set to "SG" (Singapore) in the APNIC database.

As far as I am concerned, the current version of IPFire's location database h=
as this covered:

> location 0.9.6
> user(a)host:~$ location version
> Sat, 22 May 2021 05:22:23 GMT
> user(a)host:~$ location lookup 194.233.71.100
> 194.233.71.100:

May I ask you to run "location update" on your system (there should be a cron=
 job or systemd timer
for it, as we publish a new database every morning) and see if this solves yo=
ur problem?
