Hi,

libloc and libloc-database are now in Debian unstable should transition 
to Debian testing in the next 5 days. One nitpick is that it does not 
build an all platforms:

Not really important but maybe worth to look into for bugs in the code.
You can try to reproduce the failing tests with these images:

https://people.debian.org/~gio/dqib/

Otherwise I could test on real hardware.
