Hey all, a small introduction for the actual working progress. The Webproxy is actually being translated, VPN and the Fileserver incl. Cups will be done by me (Erik) until Sunday the 26th of Juni. Florian goes for QOS, Mailserver and Asterisk also until Sunday. So if my time is willing i will do some other work but i´am not sure if it will done until Sunday. So everybody who wants to support the translation progress, can go for the rest, might be nice. Otherwise we will catch the rest until Wednesday.
So far to the latest update.
A Question: How should restrained with "Home", "Flexibility" and "Monitoring" cause the the text parts don´t look ready ?
Best regards to all

Hey fellas,
as some of you know, we are currently extending the website content to be more informative about IPFire itself and to make it more clear what IPFire is for new users.
At first, we focus on adding more descriptions about features and addons that are really important like the proxy, the IDS, Samba, QoS and so on.
All of that should be finished 'til 30th June which is in less than eight days. Still, there is lot of work to do. Let's start:
For now, we should not alter the texts despite of orthography and changing order of sentences, etc. which means not adding or removing any sentences! Freeze!
This is needed to start translation on which hopefully Erik and Florian can focus and get this done within the next week.
AFTER that was done, we can add screenshots.
For those who forgot where the texts are: http://wiki.ipfire.org/web
Please keep me updated.
Cheers, Michael

Please do not reply to the digests but only on the mailings directly from the list.
You can leave out the Home, Flexibility and Monitoring stuff. I will do that instead.
Good to hear that news. Silvio has started making screenshots so we definitely are able to keep the deadline.
