Hello,

I need some designer that makes the start page of the wiki more suitable.

I decided to remove the languages from the top that are not maintained very well, because it may rather confuse a French user reading outdated and incomplete documentation in his or her own language than in English.

The start page however should be very exciting and there should not be too much information until the user has chosen to go with one language. So the layout with the flags is quite nice, but I cannot center them and maybe we can find better images under a free license.
