If no settings for those features can be obtained from the settings file, set them to the following defaults.
- DROPSPOOFEDMARTIAN -> on (yes)
- DROPHOSTILE -> off (no - because only fresh installed systems should do this)
- LOGDROPCTINVALID -> on (yes)
