as far as I am aware, there are a lot of unused translated strings (and of untranslated used) which seem to be listed in doc/language_issues.[language]

Example: http://git.ipfire.org/?p=ipfire-2.x.git;a=blob;f=doc/language_issues.en;h=f2...

It seems like some strings are obsolete and can be safely deleted - but I don't know for sure.
