Pending German translation patch

Hello Arne,

since upcoming Core Update 148 will most probably contain libloc and retire GeoIP, may I ask you to include a small German translation patch (https://patchwork.ipfire.org/patch/3041/) as well?

It corrects a misleading translation regarding country based firewall rules, and I thought it might be a good idea to include that as well to reduce confusion.
