(x86_64) - core128 Orange network

So I'm testing Orange network with Device that has a bad habit of broadcasting to 255.255.255.255 every minute or so. Thing is I don't want to see this logged as DROP_INPUT from Orange interface cluttering up the Firewall log. When I had this device on Blue I made a rule to capture this traffic then not log the rule. Had no success in creating a rule in Orange to capture this traffic before its logged in Firewall log. Perhaps the order of rule application is different on Orange?
