Roberto Pena having problems sending emails to dev list

Hi Peter,

Roberto Pena is having a problem sending emails to the dev mailing list. It says that the email address is not recognised. Roberto can access his details if he logs on to the mailing list web page for his email. If he tries to re-register he gets a link to use but that link when selected comes back with Bad Confirmation String.
