This is the compiled binary, nothing more is needed.
- Copy to '/usr/sbin' - Stop 'dnsmasq' (/etc/init.d/dnsmasq stop) - Rename (don't forget backing up the *old* version!) - Start 'dnsmasq' (/etc/init.d/dnsmasq start).
