That dir has html/ and cgi-bin/ dirs. The cgi-bin/ dir points to cgi scripts that are used in the ipfire Web Interface. For example, Ipfire > Status > Net-Traffic points to traffic.cgi The html/ dir has other supporting files. I don't think there is itemized documentation for each file. Use the wiki, https://wiki.ipfire.org/ which has a wealth of information.
