This commit fixes the error "Include failed -- No such file or directory '/etc/monit.d/*'" while starting 'monit'.
How do we want to handle existing installations?
I propose adding these lines to 'update.sh':
... # Create missing 'monit.d'-directory if [ -f /usr/bin/monit ]; then mkdir -p /etc/monit.d fi ...
