'config'-header was updated to show the new version.

Fixed absolutely silly typo in lfs-file. This didn't had any effect yet, nevertheless...

Added '--enable_compression' - for testing purposes. This feature can be enabled and disabled now through config. For details see: http://www.privoxy.org/user-manual/config.html#ENABLE-COMPRESSION
