this is likely not the correct place to ask this, but I'm not sure where to do it. I mirror IPFire, and have been getting the following warnings repeatedly over the past couple of weeks. I have verified the timestamp on my server is correct. Is it possible the primary mirror has a date/time issue?

Hello Rod,
the correct place to ask for this would be the IPFire Mirror Mailinglist.
http://lists.ipfire.org/mailman/listinfo/ipfire-mirrors
I don't know what the problem was, but as i started to investigate the issue your mirror check service recovers. Maybe someone else from the ipfire admins did something, but nevertheless your mirror is in OK state now.
If this issue occur's again please write to the mirror mailinglist.
Thank you and kind regards,
Timo

Hi Rod,
this was indeed a glitch on our side.
The machine that hosts the rsync master was for some reason not operating normally. I needed to force a reboot and now the mirrors are coming back.
I didn't get any messages from the monitoring system. @Timo: Can you investigate?
Best, -Michael
